Issue 2: Vanishing
To live in a time and place of hyper-progress is to live with the ghosts of the constantly vanishing: spaces such as Golden Mile Complex, entire species and ecosystems, once-beloved traditions and ways of life vanish on the regular, both planned and unplanned. But vanishing is also the oldest trick in the book: disappear now, only to reappear later.
For our second issue, we invite works that grapple with the (rather unsettling) notion of vanishing. Where do things vanish to, and are they remembered? Do they return in other forms, or do they survive through constant reinvention? We welcome works which morph and resurrect, memorialise and mythologise. Send us works with tricks up their sleeves: we won't blink.
